One identity. A simpler way to prove it.
K-ID is your permanent financial identity within the KobKlein ecosystem. It connects your account to your role, verification status, and trusted participation across the network. K-Passport is a planned temporary verification credential built on K-ID. It is currently under development and will become available after security, privacy, revocation, and verification controls are completed — allowing your identity to be verified without sharing your password or login credentials.
KobKlein Identity Layer · Built for trust across the ecosystem
One identity across KobKlein.
Your K-ID is designed to give you a consistent identity as you interact with KobKlein services. Instead of creating a different identity for every experience, KobKlein connects eligible services back to the same trusted identity layer.
One permanent K-ID
Your K-ID is created as part of your KobKlein identity and remains associated with your account across the ecosystem.
Prove it with K-Passport (planned)
K-Passport is a planned temporary credential, built on K-ID, for proving your KobKlein identity via a QR code. It is currently under development.
Designed to keep your password private
K-Passport is being designed so another party can verify a presented credential without requiring you to reveal your KobKlein password or hand over your account.
Short-lived by design
K-Passport is being designed to expire after a short period, so a new credential must be generated each time. It will become available once its security, privacy, revocation, and verification controls are complete.
Ecosystem roles
Your K-ID reflects your place in the ecosystem.
KobKlein serves different participants, and identity helps the platform understand who is participating and in what capacity.

K-ID
Your permanent identity
Your K-ID identifies your KobKlein profile and connects it with your role and applicable verification information.
Think of it as: Who you are inside KobKlein.
K-Passport
Your temporary proof (planned)
K-Passport is a planned temporary verification credential built on K-ID. It is currently under development and will become available after security, privacy, revocation, and verification controls are completed.
Think of it as: How you'll present your KobKlein identity when needed.
How K-Passport works.
Establish your K-ID
Create your KobKlein account and complete the applicable identity-verification process.
Build your trusted profile
Your account maintains the verification and participation information applicable to your KobKlein experience.
Generate your K-Passport (planned)
Once available, a fresh K-Passport will be generated from your account when identity confirmation is needed.
Present the QR (planned)
Once available, the K-Passport will be presented as a QR credential for verification.
Verify
The credential will be checked for authenticity and validity before the presented identity information is displayed.
Automatic expiration
Once available, the K-Passport will expire automatically after a short period. Your permanent K-ID remains; the temporary presentation does not.
Built for verification without sharing your account
Prove identity — not your password.
Traditional account verification can sometimes depend on usernames, account numbers, screenshots, or other information that was never designed to serve as portable proof. K-Passport is designed differently. Your KobKlein login remains yours. The verifier receives the identity information intended for the verification experience — not your password.
Your account stays private. Your presented identity can be verified.
More than an ID number
One identity. Multiple experiences.
K-ID is designed as an identity layer that can connect trusted participation across the KobKlein ecosystem. Depending on your role, eligibility, verification status, and available services, that identity layer can support experiences across:

One identity. Multiple experiences. One connected ecosystem.
Designed for Haiti. Connected beyond Haiti.
KobKlein's identity architecture is designed around a financial network where different participants need different experiences while still being able to interact securely. Instead of treating these participants as disconnected systems, K-ID provides a common identity foundation for the KobKlein ecosystem.
Identity is the beginning of trust.
Payments require more than moving money. A trusted financial ecosystem needs to understand:
Who is participating?
What role are they acting in?
Has the account completed the applicable verification?
What services is that participant authorized to access?
That is why identity isn't an add-on to KobKlein. It is part of the infrastructure.
ONE IDENTITY. ONE WALLET. ONE NATION CONNECTED.
